This website

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking scripts. It has no forms and no accounts. Our web host, Cloudflare, processes basic request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Free downloads and purchases

We sell and give away printables through Gumroad. When you get a product, Gumroad collects your email address, and for paid products your payment details. We never see your full card number. Gumroad shares your email and order details with us. We use your email to deliver your product and to send occasional updates about Liquid Calm. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Gumroad handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Our YouTube channel

Our videos live on YouTube at youtube.com/@LiquidCalmKids. When you watch there, YouTube collects data under the Google Privacy Policy. We receive only the summary statistics YouTube gives every channel owner, such as view counts. We never receive personal information about viewers.

Liquid Calm Bot and YouTube API Services

Liquid Calm Bot is an internal tool Liquid Calm uses to upload and schedule videos to its own YouTube channel. The public never signs in to it or uses it. The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube through this tool, the channel owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles related data under the Google Privacy Policy.

What the tool accesses: only the Liquid Calm channel account. It reads the channel name and ID, uploads our own videos, and sets their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, visibility, and publish times. It does not access, collect, or store data about any other YouTube user or viewer.

How the tool stores data: it keeps a Google sign-in token and a list of the videos it uploaded on the owner's own computer, in a private folder. It does not send this data anywhere else, and we never sell or share it. The tool places no cookies on anyone's device.

How to revoke access: the channel owner removes the tool's access at any time from the Google security settings page. After revocation, we delete the stored token and video list within 7 days.

Children

This website and our printables are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any email.
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete the email and order data we hold about you by emailing liquidcalmkids@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top of this page.
