These terms cover this website, the Liquid Calm videos, and the printables we sell or give away. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. Questions go to liquidcalmkids@gmail.com.

What the videos are for

Liquid Calm videos are for relaxation and quiet focus. They are not medical care, therapy, or treatment, and they do not replace advice from a doctor or therapist. An adult should decide whether the videos suit a child and watch how the child responds.

We design every video without flashing and check each final file for it. If you or your child has photosensitive epilepsy or another light-sensitive condition, talk to a doctor before watching. Stop watching if anyone feels discomfort.

YouTube

Our videos play on YouTube. When you watch there, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Liquid Calm uses YouTube API Services through an internal tool to upload its own videos, and this use follows the same YouTube Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains what data the tool handles.

Printables

When you get a Liquid Calm printable, free or paid, you receive a license to print and use it at home, in your own classroom, or with your own clients. Do not resell it, share the files, or post them online. Gumroad processes every order. To request a refund, reply to your Gumroad receipt or email us, and we review every request.

Our content

The videos, printables, designs, and text on this site belong to Liquid Calm. Do not copy, reupload, or sell them without written permission.

No warranty

We provide the site, videos, and printables as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Liquid Calm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site, videos, or printables. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved, or $10 if you paid nothing.

Governing law

New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

If these terms change, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
